Terms and Conditions
These purchase terms apply to orders placed at xqnpxn.com and should be read together with the store’s shipping, return, payment, and privacy policies.

Operator and Agreement
Xiamen Wangguhe Network Technology Co., Ltd. operates xqnpxn™. By using the store or submitting an order, you accept the terms applicable to that activity to the extent permitted by law. If you do not accept them, discontinue the relevant use or purchase.
Eligibility and Accounts
Independent purchasers must be at least 18 or otherwise old enough to enter a binding agreement where they reside. Younger users require a parent or legal guardian’s involvement and permission. Provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
Product Information
Our children’s toys belong to Make & Imagine, Plush & Stories, and Move & Play. We try to present contents, materials, dimensions, prices, and availability accurately. Lighting, photography, display settings, and reasonable manufacturing tolerances can affect appearance or measurements. A minor difference does not automatically establish a defect; a material mismatch remains subject to review and applicable rights.
Order Review and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Automated confirmation records receipt and does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Authorization, fraud checks, inventory, and fulfillment review may be required. We may reasonably refuse, limit, or cancel orders for failed payment or verification, suspected fraud or abuse, unavailable stock, material listing or price errors, legal or shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill. Collected payment for a canceled order is refunded as applicable.
Pricing and Payment
USD applies unless another currency is displayed. Checkout shows product charges, shipping, applicable tax, discounts, and the total before authorization. By paying, you confirm authority to use the payment method. The Payment & Security page explains verification and provider charges.
Processing and Delivery
Normal preparation takes 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 5 during busy periods. Estimated standard U.S. transit is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed. Checkout displays available methods and charges; see the Shipping Policy for delivery issues and import costs.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. After receipt, inspection, and approval, eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; posting can take longer. No restocking fee applies. Shipping treatment depends on the return reason. Consult the Return & Refund Policy for complete conditions.
Problems, Changes, and Cancellations
Report damaged, defective, missing, wrong, or materially mismatched items within 7 calendar days where possible, with the order number and useful evidence. Confirmed errors attributable to us receive appropriate remedies without additional costs caused by that error. Request changes immediately; we cannot guarantee them once processing or fulfillment has begun. Successful cancellation before fulfillment has no cancellation fee. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Promotions
Offer conditions may include expiry, eligibility, minimum spend, exclusions, usage limits, and stock availability. Apply codes before completing checkout. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions.
Use and Supervision
Follow each toy’s listing, supplied instructions, suitability information, care guidance, and warnings. Use adult supervision as appropriate and inspect products for damage before play. Do not use a toy in a way incompatible with its instructions. Descriptions of imaginative, creative, or active play do not guarantee a particular developmental, educational, health, or other result.
Bulk Orders and Resale
Contact us before unusually large, wholesale, or commercial resale orders to confirm availability and terms. Buying products does not authorize anyone to claim official distributor, agent, representative, partner, or retailer status without written permission.
Intellectual Property
Branding, text, images, graphics, website design, product presentation, and other protected content belong to or are lawfully used by the operator. Personal shopping does not transfer intellectual-property ownership. Reproduction, distribution, modification, manufacture, or commercial exploitation of protected content or designs requires authorization unless law permits it.
Customer Submissions
Where reviews or other submissions are enabled, supply lawful, accurate content that respects others’ rights. Voluntary publication submissions grant a nonexclusive worldwide royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display them for operating, improving, and promoting the store, subject to law and the Privacy Policy. We may moderate unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, misleading, infringing, unrelated, or sensitive-information content.
Prohibited Activity
Do not commit fraud, provide unauthorized payment information, misrepresent identity or affiliation, introduce malware, access systems without permission, disrupt the site, collect others’ information unlawfully, or infringe legal rights. Reasonable responses may include access restrictions, account action, or cancellation of affected orders.
Providers and External Links
Shopify and third-party payment, delivery, analytics, communication, and other services support the store. External services and websites have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.
Disruptions Beyond Our Control
Weather, disasters, transport or carrier interruptions, labor disruption, government action, customs, infrastructure failure, and technical outages can affect performance. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate available order information and seek an appropriate solution.
Warranties and Liability
To the extent lawful, the website and services carry no warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required, and liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Disputes, Severability, and Updates
Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern. Contact support first to seek a good-faith resolution; lawful remedies remain available. An unenforceable term does not invalidate the remainder to the extent permitted, and delayed enforcement does not waive rights. Updates are published with a revision date; normally the terms in effect when an order is submitted govern that purchase unless law requires otherwise.
