For an Existing Purchase
Send your order number and the email used at checkout. Explain whether you need help with payment, dispatch, tracking, cancellation, a missing component, a return, or a refund. These details help us identify the transaction without asking for unnecessary personal information.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items
Inspect your delivery and report an issue promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days. Include the order number, an explanation, clear photos or videos of the problem, and photos of the package and shipping label where relevant. Once an error attributable to us is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, reshipment, refund, or return solution without additional costs caused by that error. This reporting period does not remove non-excludable consumer rights.
Product Appearance and Contents
Photography, lighting, screen settings, and minor manufacturing differences can affect how colors or textures appear. Please compare the delivered toy with the listing and included-component information. A material mismatch, missing item, or defect will be reviewed individually; small visual differences do not automatically establish a defect.
Request Return Instructions
Contact support before posting a return. Do not use our business address as a return destination unless support specifically instructs you to do so. Approved requests receive the correct return address and packing instructions.
Privacy and Payment Questions
Use “Privacy Request” in the email subject for personal-information requests. For a payment question, include the order reference and a description of the charge. Never email full card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, or other payment credentials.
